Ok we don’t like to admit it but even WE make mistakes, the difference in us and some other companies is, when we do make a mistake we believe in making it right.
I am a mom and a consumer too. I buy things almost every day. If I get bad customer service you can bet I am gonna take my money somewhere else, but if I get good service I will stick, and probably tell everyone else how great it was!
I would like to thank Becky for taking the time to do just that! I made an OOPs on her order. She very graciously emailed me and told me about it! We got on the problem and made it right for her (which is how it should be).
Please read this post that she took precious time from her day to right about bubblecakes baby blankets.
“I recently found out that my niece (well I call her my niece but she is really a cousin) is having her first child - a little boy so I wanted to get her something extra special. I saw this blanket on http://www.bubblecakes.com/when I was entering a blog contest (see it does work LOL) and knew this was the one for her baby. So I ordered it on March 9th. I received it this last Saturday. I was so excited but when I opened the box I saw they had reversed the little guys name. It should have read Elijah Colton. So I emailed the company and within 5 minutes Jessica emailed me back and apologized. She said she would have another one ready to go out on Monday to be sure that I received it in time for the shower which is this coming Saturday. I received an email a couple of hours later saying the blanket was ready to go.Above and beyond! She is even letting me keep this one so my niece will have one to use for everyday and one to use for special outtings and then to put away for a keepsake.
Ok this blanket is seriously ADORABLE! Well worth what I paid for it and so so soft. I can’t wait to see her face when I give it to her and I would sincerely like to thank Jessica at Bubblecakes for her excellent customer service. If you are looking for that something extra special I highly recommend these blankets and this company.”

Baby shower gifts that will surely be a hit!

My sister in law just had a baby shower for her 4th child to be born, a sweet baby girl! This is her fourth daughter, so she has seen her share of cute baby gear, cool gadgets and everything that comes with the birth of a child!
I sent her one of our new satin and minky blankets. On it was the name of her newest edition! She didn’t know she was going to receive anything from me since I wasn’t able to make it to her shower. So this gift came as a surprise!
When I got home that night she called me at around 10:00 pm (which is very late for a pregnant girl) and gushed over how cute the blanket was! How she loved the personalized cake box it came in and the matching diaper bag tag. She said it was the best gift she received at her shower. All the ladies passed it around and cuddled with it, saying it was so nice!
I was please that she loved it! Then she said, but there is only one problem with your gift. I was like oh no…. what???? She said she didn’t know how she was going to keep it away from her three year old who instantly latched on to it! I laughed and said, “well… I’ll see what we can do about that!”
