Return Policy

Any non-personalized baby blanket may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the blanket has not been used. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for all returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bubblecakes Baby Blankets reserves the right to return to the customer any baby blanket without a valid RA# or with visible usage. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a refund for embroidered baby blankets.

We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned blanket. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping and handling costs from your refund. Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Shipping Handling

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) charges are based on the total price of an order and outlined in the chart below. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is an option you may choose for an additional charge (offered only to 48 Continental US States). Additional charges will apply depending on the shipping location. **Shipment times are estimated and begin once product has shipped from warehouse. Personalized items will have an additional 3-5 day processing time. Please see our personalization area for more information.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska. Australis and Canada will have additional charges. Please allow additional shipping time for items shipped to these locations. Shipments to Australia and Canada will be shipped using the USPS *See below.

***SHIPMENTS TO AUSTRALIA*** Please make sure to choose the world ship option to Australia for your shipping choice. Shipments usually arrive in 7-14 days once shipped.
